Customer Care
For Lindorm Dice, the customers are everything and we wan't nothing more than for you to be happy with your orders. We ourselves make sure that your order is neatly packed and cared for, and we personally head to the postoffice with your mail. We are with your order 100% of the time until the postal service takes over. Should your product not arrive, or arrive damaged or mistreated, we will make sure to replace the order, without you having to send back the product to us. Should said product not be in stock, we will compensate you in another way!

e-mail, our personal phone number and a form you can fill in. Please ad a photo of said product being to any disapointment.
Privacy & Safety
We don't save any information about you except your orderdetails. (unless you are a subscriber, then we save your email). Everytime a new order comes in, it's like a fresh start. However if you order plenty of times we may remember you as "That one awesome costumer".
Right now there is no thoughs about account making, but should there be souch a thing we will ofcourse let you know.
